RD1's values: how we work together
We have four values within RD1. They're an important part of what we do and who we are. They express an aspiration of the type of organisation we aim to be.
Our values provide the foundation of our culture and enhance our ability to achieve our vision and strategy as well as being the 'RD1 Way' of doing things. Our values provide the basis for our decision making and define how we prioritise our actions and behaviours in critical situations.
We look for people who can align to our values and operate within them comfortably. Successful RD1 people believe in and use the values in their daily work.
